Dick Berdan, owner of Berdan Motors, has been a well respected name in the auto sales industry for more than 50 years.

While serving the London community as Berdan Motors, the Berdans purchased an old church building on Hamilton Road in the late 1980's and began construction, creating a Seniors retirement home. In the early 1990's, Maple Village opened under the direction of Dick and Jane Berdan.

In the 1990's, the Berdans also purchased a warehouse in downtown. They completely renovated the inside to create City Center Storage which housed storage lockers and archived files. Several years later the Berdans renovated the main floor to become the largest known used furniture store in Canada, City Center Furniture.

Dick and Jane Berdan's successful business experience continues to be demonstrated in their new location of Berdan Motors in the village of Rodney, 40 minutes west of London.
